I understand this must be upsetting. Please provide the screenshot of the threat detection message and upload the exe file in FTP by following the below steps.
Rename the file you wish to upload so that it contains either the AVG# number assigned to you or your email address
Open this link in Windows Explorer (via Start -> My Computer or using Windows + E hotkey):
ftp://ftp.avg.com/incoming/
If you are asked for a username and password, please fill in:
Username: anonymous
Password: your email address
Find the files you wish to upload to the server, and drag and drop them into the browser window.
After uploading the file, please let me know the file name which you have uploaded. So I will escalate the case to the concern team.

Dear Team AVG,
Recently AVG has detected Clone Files Checker (CFC) as a threat. CFC is a highly useful and reputable duplicate file finder software which allows users to find, review and delete duplicates from their system. I request AVG to look at this false positive. I tried uploading the software using false submission form of AVG but it was not working fine for me. Please fix this detection as soon as possible. If someone can refer the case to prolific engineers of the AVG team, I would highly appreciate that.

The file name is cfc _setup.exe. The file is not yet named as I have not been assigned any number by AVG.
