False spam tags

I have downloaded and run the AVG_Sysinfo program. Unfotunately it is not working correctly as I get error messages as shown below

12:03:18: Failed to copy the file '' to '' (error 3: the system cannot find the path specified.)
12:03:18: File '' couldn't be renamed '' (error 3: the system cannot find the path specified.)
12:03:21: Failed to copy the file '' to 'C:\Users\David\Desktop[my email address]_27-10-2015_13h-03m.zip' (error 3: the system cannot find the path specified.)
12:03:21: File '' couldn't be renamed 'C:\Users\David\Desktop[my email address]_27-10-2015_13h-03m.zip' (error 3: the system cannot find the path specified.)

The desktop folder exists ok but no zip file is created
I am using Windows 10 with all updates
I have tried running the program as Administrator but it makes no difference.

Starting last Wednesday, all my incoming mail is now being marked as SPAM in the subject line. This includes test emails sent to myself. I changed the message to "AVG SPAM" in the anti-spam settings and all incoming mail was then marked AVG SPAM, thus proving that the change was being made by AVG.

I then removed AVG using Control Panel/Programs and also used the AVG removal tool to make sure.

Following this I reinstalled AVG Internet 2015.

Emails are still being marked as Spam.

Looking at the header (email address info removed) I see:

X-Antispam: YES; Spamcatcher 7.0.1. Score 95
X-AVG-Antispam-Info: 95,0,0,d41d8cd98f00b204,[my email address],
    [my email address],RULES_HIT,0,
    RBL:62.24.202.254:[my mail provider]:[my email address].lbl8.mailshell.net-62.16.15.195 64.201.201.201,
    CacheIP:none,Bayesian:0.5,0.5,0.5,Netcheck:none,DomainCache:0,MSF:not bulk,
    SPF:fu,MSBL:0,DNSBL:neutral,
    Custom_rules:0:0:0

This suggests that Spamcatcher is giving my email a score of 95. I have checked several other emails and they all show the same score.

Why is this happening and how do I stop it?

I spoke too  soon; the problem has come back!

Spamcatcher is giving every email a score of 95.

Unfortunately I deleted Rajarajan's email so do not have his instructions. Please resend it.

Hello David,
Sorry to know that. I have sent you an email as you have requested above. So, I request you to follow the instructions in the email.
Thank You.

Hi Rajarajan

The problem has vanished!

Emails are now coming in without the [SPAM] addition to the Subject

Checking the header shows: X-Antispam: NO; Spamcatcher 7.0.1. Score 2

I think we can close this case

Many thanks

David

Hi Komal,

I too was having this problem from 22nd Oct to 26 Oct. I had it on both my computers - one running Vista with and the other running Windows 10. I too "solved" it by disabling the SPAM module on the Vista but was surprised to find the problem also disappeared at the same time on my Windows 10 computer. I can only assume that my action coincided with some action AVG took externally.

Where can I find guidance on how to set up the SPAM module?

Regards, David (Smith)
