Thank you for your patience. As you have mentioned that you are facing an issue with AVG software and unable to upload the files. I would request you to refer the Whitelisting service https://www.avg.com/whitelist and  follow the steps described in the article to upload the files.

Dear AVG Team,
 
We have an issue for our Software Application which is getting automatically uninstalled due to AVG Antivirus Internet Security which we think is a false positive.
We have multiple customers using our product globally. Our product is digitally signed and is written using eclipse RCP Java technology.
Currently, our clients decided to stop using AVG as other antiviruses (i.e. ESET, NPAV, Norton) not treating our application as the virus.
Please answer "ALL" of the below questions ASAP as our new version of the product is in development so that we can make necessary changes which can fix this issue.
*1. Did you explain to us why AVG treating our application as virus/malware so that we can exclude those things in our application or make appropriate changes?(very important)
2. Is there any way it can be whitelisted permanently in your database?

Hello Bhushan,

I regret for the inconvenience caused. The reason for the detection will be listed in all the detection pop-up from AVG and also you can submit the sample of the files to AVG for analysis https://www.avg.com/submit-sample. If found genuine, it will be added to global exception.

thanks for your quick response.

Our software has size more than 50 MB is there any other way to send this file.

Bhushan, please submit the exe file alone, so our team will download the application using the exe file and check it for you.
