When my compter starts, and runs AVG, or when I specifically open AVG, it keeps telling me I only have x number of days left in my trial.
When I log in to AVG.COM, I see this:
Your subscription has been upgraded to AVG Protection PRO
We've added an additional year to your current subscription.
Your subscription will now expire on April 19, 2016
I purchased AVG Full Protection on March 26, 2015 online for $59.99 when I got the notification (when AVG runs) to update the software.
My order number is: 64195054 AVG Order Reference is 38-4111256.
After purchasing, I received an e-mail telling me to download the product. I did.
I installed it per the instructions. Still got the "trial expires…" notification.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the downloaded software. Still got expires notification.
Downloaded and ran AVG Removal tool… removed all traces of AVG
Per the instructions, I installed the AVG software again.
Still get the software expires message
