We acknowledge your refund request.
Upon checking your account, we see that AVG TuneUp has been renewed as it was enrolled to automatic renewal during the time of purchase.
We do send pre-billing notification email prior the subscription expires, which might have gone into your spam/junk folder.
If you'd still like to cancel the subscription & get refunded, we do understand.

I was charged £44.99 for AVG protection I didn't sign up for. 

Strange. I didn't get an email or anything. It looks like this happened to many people.

When will the money be returned into my account?
