Hope you can help. I've invited my two daughters to join AVG Internet Security as family members on my account. They received the invite and progressed the application but have reached a point when the download is clicked. At this point my own (administrator) details pop up on screen and it's asking me for my PIN number (which I don't know - can't remember ever having one). Is this correct? Or have we missunderstood the proceedure? Thanks.
