When accessing Family Safety and entering my password, I then press the link to Manage Preference. A Manage Preferences screen appears (like the one I have used for years). The tiny print on top says that I "am not authorized to mange preferences." Huh? I sent a screen shot of my problem a week ago and still no response from AVG Customer No Service.
