Family safety refund asked

I just asked for a refund too for the same reson. Consrant log in problems with Family Safety and support person said he was unable to help and it would be days for support. My refund better come promptly or the word will get out fast about this known issue.

Hi, I just asked for a refund for family safety because it will never work: AVG knows this very well.
I asked for support after i bought it and never got an answer.

I will wait for the refund, I hope it will go well.

I'm also a business edition user and I expect the refund process for family safety to work.

I will keep you inform on this thread about the refund process
