To begin with, The Family Sharing feature is currently only available for the following subscriptions and devices:
- AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) : Family Sharing is only available in Windows.
- AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device) : Family Sharing is only available in Windows.
However, it is planned to add this functionality to other AVG subscriptions as well.
Please clarify whether you're trying the family sharing option for the above AVG Subscriptions or other available subscriptions.

I have included my wife's email address for family sharing, however, when I try to install the avg download, I get the following message: "Not yet available for Family Sharing (But we're working on it).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
