The Family sharing mode is under the final stage of development. You will get this feature once it is completed.
However, we request you to share the "email me" option to investigate further.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Regarding the activation key, it isn't recommended to share account/order, personal info over this public post

I ordered AVG Ultimate 3 days ago and after trying to access Family Sharing and following 'email me' prompts after AVG told me it was "still putting final touches" i haven't had an email and still can't access the code to forward to family members. What kind of 'Ultimate' have i bought?
