Får ikke logget på maskinen

We'd like to inform that placing a new AVG order from a different computer does not cause any boot issues.
This issue is caused due to corrupted user profile. Please contact Microsoft or your PC manufacturer support for help.

Ordernr 1778109xxxx from 21.04. - Denne ble bestilt fra annen PC enn den som gjelder AVG abonnementet.(en Dell maskin med Windows7)
Da jeg gikk inn på maskinen for å starte AVG implementering etter oppdatering av virussøk, kommer jeg ikke inn på maskinen - får beskjed om at innlogging mislykket for Group Policy Clienttjenesten.
Har dette sammenheng med at jeg bestillingen 21.04. ble gjort fra en annen maskin???
