Får ikke sendt e-post fra outlook

I have tried to turn of an individual component  WEB&e-mail. I choose to re-enable after 10 minutes and click ok to stop. When I have done that the component do not turs to red but the wheel is wheeling and it still green. Then I click so I get the main page and the Web&e-mail is still green, no wheel wheeling,  but I can now send the e-mail.

Etter en oppgradering av AVG har jeg problemer med å sende e-post  via outlook. Når jeg sender e-posten så prøver den å sende men stopper på grunn av tidsavbrudd eller sendingen feilet. Hvis jeg åpner AVG og velger Web og e-post, klikker på E-postskjold og klikker på å slå av e-post skjoldet så får jeg ikke til å slå det av men går tilbake til hovedsiden og igjen prøver å sende e-post så går den igjennom. Da får jeg sendt e-poster til neste gang jeg logger på PC'n. Må da gjennom samme operasjon som nevnt over. Irriterende å måtte gjøre dette hver gang.
Er det noen som opplever det samme og har noen råd for dette?

Please disable AVG Internet Security and check if you are able to send.
