I used the AVG remover to remove all my AVG products. This was succesfull.
I have been bying 2 products: Protection Pro, which includes internet securiy for PC and AVG ZEN
and I have been bying: Perfomance Pro, which PC tune up for PC
The installation of Internet security was succesfull.
But after downloading PC tune up, during installation I was prompted that my test period was only one day and I should buy the product. But I did buy the product already. I have the order number etc.
I did download AVG_Performance_803.exe
Then I pressed install or excecute, in dutch "uitvoeren"
Then there was a window: AVG installation is preparing
Then there was a pop up window:
"Unexpected fault. During installation there was as a problem
Fault code: 0xeoo1f94e"
So the program is not installed

Have you logged in using your AVG My account username and password on your AVG Zen?
Please be informed that AVG Performance comes under AVG zen product, The license number for the AVG zen product is not physically visible for us. You have to use your My account username and password to logon in to your AVG performance .
