Does anyone have knowledge how to proceed with this situation:

I have been subscribing to AVG Ultimate for several years. Now AVG sent me an early renewal offer (saving $90 if renewed for two years). I decided to go for it, but once I try to fill in my info, the first placeholder, Country, is stuck to USA! there is a drop down arrow, but it does nothing. All the other placeholders work normally. I refreshed, etc. but no avail. Is this meant only for customers living in USA? If so, why does AVG sent this offer to me when they know I live in Europe? I try the AVG support chat (which was not easy to navigate to) which first asks your first name, last name and email address. I type all of them in, but all I get is a red text: "please fill in all fields"…???

What is happening with AVG??
