Fed up with pop-ups, and ports being blocked by firewall

I understand the inconvenience.
I request you to get our additional support help inorder to find the issue with AVG Firewall blocking ports.
I have sent an email instruction on how to get connected with additional support.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
If you explain the exact content of the AVG popup it will be easy for us to assist further.

I had an email sent to me, saying I should send them a picture of the pop-ups I have been getting since AVG was installed. They said use "PrtSC", next to F12. That no-longer works on my computer thanks to Wins 10. Tried to send it by return email, but that didn't work, so with all this stupid effort, and being fed up, I have cancelled my future subscription with AVG. I have other computers using Wins 10, with the same programs I use on this computer, and don't have this problem, and it's annoying having these tabs keep popping up like crazy. The firewall is blocking ports on my computer, that I use in ham radio, which in the past, worked perfectly before I installed AVG I have had to use one of my other computers to operate that program. I have advised my credit card to refuse any further requests for payments to AVG in the future. AVG payments are now blocked from being paid. That's the end of it, and of problem…
