Feeling Misled: How do I stop further payments?

Hi Duncan,

This isn't the experience we want you to have. We'd like to look into this & help you.
From your description, it seems that you're receiving campaign notifications for other AVG programs.
To ensure this, please share us the screenshot of the notification that you receive for better clarity.
Regarding the automatic renewal, you'll receive a pre-billing notification prior renewal, which includes info on how to stop renewal, renewal date & amount charged. You can decide at that time, whether to continue using AVG or cancel.

I kept getting notifications over and over from free AVG when I would do online banking and other similar tasks  informing me about people being able to see what I was doing so I paid for two years of AVG. I'm STILL getting these messages. Now I'm finding out that I have to pay more for this service. I feel I have been misled and tricked into paying for a virus protection that I was already getting from the Free AVG. I'm now past the point of getting a refund but, because I feel now that I'm dealing with something a little more shady than I had expected, I have to ask: Once my two years are up will I automatically be charged for another two years? If so, how do I stop that from happening? Thanks!
