I am trying to install AVG Zen (the free product) and it won't.
I have removed it with the AVG Remover Tool, but that didn't help.
What can I do?
As in my first post, I have already done that - used the Remover Tool to uninstall and remove all AVG content.
Zen still doesn't work and I don't want the "normal" without Zen.
Is there no solution? It seems in your forum that a lot of people experience the same problem lately.

(hope this time it works, it hasn't been letting me post anything else here.... sigh)
I don't have or ever had another security software on this computer, I used the free trial of AVG until it quit on me before Christmas and have been trying to install Zen since then.
I have done everything suggested in other threads about the same problem and think I need the mysterious e-mail you've been sending to people with the persistent issue.
