File Explorer not responding

Hi Seray,

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG programs.
In order to investigate further on this, we need few logs from your computer.
An email including the steps to collect & upload logs has been sent to you.
Please follow those steps & upload the logs.

I am running Windows 10 on a HP Envy Laptop and have AVG Internet Protection, PC Tune Up and Secure VPN and although all was working well initially, just recently File Explorer has stopped responding.

I reset my laptop and found that Explorer was responding and worked through each program upload, until I got to AVG.  Once all three AVG programs were loaded, Explorer once again stopped working.

Can anyone help?
