File moved into quarantine but I cant get it out!

I recently opened a program and it said that the file has been put into quarantine… Where is this and how can I get it back! It's every important that I get it back asap

Gareth, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
