File Or Folder Scan Finished screen wont go away

I have AVG Internet Security (v.17.5.3022) running on Windows 10.
A scan finished, showed me the "scan finished" screen, and I resolved 6 PUPs.
All good.

However, now, I cannot get rid of this "scan finished" screen.
Every time I click the custom scan button, it takes me to the Scan Finished screen and shows me the same 6 PUPs, marked red as unresolved.
Clicking RESOLVE, AVG tries to resolve them, but fails after about 5 seconds and gives me an "unable to resolve" message.

Any ideas how I can get control back over AVG?
I have to say, this new interface is AWFUL!!!
