Yesterday I sent a request for this subject & I got back an email from support saying could I send a screen shot of the problem. I tried to-day but your email address had "no reply"as part of the email address…how do I send the screen shot as requested unless I know how to send it?

Have done as requested ir uninstall AVG & then reinstalled AVG ultimate but still got the message File restore failed when starting computer this morning
