File sent to quarantine for the 8th time

Hello Marc,
I understand the inconvenience caused. May I know if the issue is resolved when AVG protection is disabled? Right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection. If possible, please share a screenshot of the AVG detection (with see details page) to assist you further.

I've been playing a game, Tekken 7, for a while and just recently AVG antivirus started to throw my Tekken files into quarantine and I've restored the files 7 times already. This is the 8th time now but this time, one file is stuck in quarantine and can't be restored or deleted no matter how many times I click on the two options. I'm already losing my patience since this has happened to me plenty of times now and can't be fixed. I need help on this specific issue where I can't restore or delete the file. Will anyone be able to understand and help me solve this issue? Thank you.
