Case 04387765
Hi, you have given me links to both uninstall and then reinstall AVG this is something which I have already done three times. It is in uninstalling that I know that it is AVG that is causing the "file sharing violation". It is worth noting that there seems to be no way to quit AVG without uninstalling the whole product. Quitting might be needed for a number of reasons and this inability seems to be a major flaw in the program. You also suggest that I should allow one of your technicians access to my computer? (its not going to happen). If your technician is able to fix the problem why not just tell me how to.
