having the same issue as the OP mentions.
here's what I see:

AntiVirus is alerting me every 8 seconds that Multiple threats secured! We've moved mmLaunchMe to your Quarantine becasue it was infected with MacOS:SurfBuyer-l [Adw]. When i click Got It or close the window, a new window appears about 8 secs later. And it just keeps adding to the list every 8 seconds. Of course to me it looks like the malware is trying to launch it'self on Chrome but AVG is protecting me from it. So how to I stop these alerts. and how do I get rid of the virus rather than have it constantly hitting me like this? Thanks.
