File Shield & Behavior Shield will not start(always off) when starting computer now(just started)WHY

I am sorry to hear that AVG File shield and Behavior shield are disabled during startup.

File Shield & Behavior Shield will not start(always off) when starting computer now(just started) after having a problem with AVG reporting (and having to look at) a known virus free installation file(Proton Mail IMAP/SMTP Bridge) and preventing me loading the program(Have now turned off report to the AVG Community because of this). Had to turn off the FS & BS temporarily and ever since they won't be active when I turn on my computer every day-have to be manually started every time the computer is turned on. Another irritation from the "NEW" AVG. Please Fix!!!

William, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
