Hi Jason,

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
Repair the AVG using the steps mentioned in the below article :

Hi guys has anyone else had a issue where there File shield is not working.

Is say's in RED We're sorry. There is a problem on our side. We'll fix it as soon as possible.

Hi I have now sorted the issue out by uninstlling AGV and then re installing it it now seems to be working ok now many thanks for your help
