File Shredder not working

Hello David,
Please be informed that, there are two types of AVG Shredder. One is provided by AVG AntiVirus and the other by AVG PC TuneUp. Shredder from AVG AntiVirus 2017 is not available for Recycle Bin, however the one from AVG PC TuneUp is available there, hence you can find it only in some cases (when PC TuneUp is installed).

Since the recent updates the AVG File Shredder does not work on my Windows Vista.  Nothing happens if file shredder is accessed via the menu, or just the AVG home screen appears if a file is right clicked in explorer.
