I have a Lenovo TB-X103F I have recently purchased the AVG Antivirus Business edition my order no is (removed). I have downloaded both versions the ,32 bit and 64 bit versions and neither file will open. I am extremely disappointed as I have purchased this product in good faith and have not been able to use it. Can you please look into this for me and either resolve this or return my funds.
