When I copy files from other locations to my AVG-protected Win10 box, and then immediately try to open the file, I sometimes see this message. Rebooting clears the issue; waiting ~15 minutes (my usual patience time) does not. (a) I suspect that AVG is playing a role here – how would I examine AVG's behavior, to see if in fact it is holding the file open (perhaps for scanning)? (b) If in fact AVG is inducing this message, how can I submit a feature request to label this owning process (i.e. to help Windows replace the double-quotes with the string 'AVG'), (c) Is there a faster work-around (i.e. faster than rebooting)?
