Hello, 

Can someone help me, I am installing a program and I get a message 2017-09-14_1720 - TechSmith Screencast - TechSmith Screencast

The file gets sent to quarantine, even if I delete the file from quarantine it does not let me install the program, it sends it again to quarantine.

Thanks for your reply. I sent the PTS Primo setup file information using the link provided, I agree that is better that you analyze this before add it to the whitelist. Do you know when I will get the "go" for this one?
