Firstly, we'd like to assure that none of the AVG apps will remove files from your device without your consent.
Could you confirm which AVG app are you referring to?
If it is AVG Internet Security, did you receive any threat detection pop ups around the time this issue started happening?
On Dec. 4, my computer did an update. Since that time, I am missing hundreds of documents. For example, one file should have about 50 documents in it, but it shows only 4 now. I am using a PC and microsoft.
