Hi, 
We are running AVG Bus Edition for 700+ user. One of the our staff open an email attachment (which is obviously a malware) and encryted all her files with an extension of .kopqvua,
My question is how could i retrived it back. Could we have a good advice on setting AVG to catch this malicious ware. The files are very important and so we needed this to be retrieved.
