I was moving personal tax documents from My Documents to a specific folder and had a notification pop up that said Filewatcher.exe was trying to access one of the files ALLOW OR BLOCK? I have never heard of filewatcher.exe and cant find much information online about it. I could not find the executable in my C: drive or in my task manager which makes me seriously suspicious. Where is this file started? What is it? and How do I kill it?
