Final Attempt to Resolve Billing Issue and Obtain Refund After Multiple Unanswered Messages

Hi,
I’ve tried to contact you several times over the past few months and have not received any response. Earlier this year, I signed up for the Antitrack free trial and cancelled the subscription on time. I received confirmation of the cancellation both in my account and by email. Despite this, I was still charged.

I submitted multiple refund requests through my account, but again received no reply.
You also do not provide an email address for support, and the only option you offer is an overseas phone number. Since I’m based in Europe, calling would be unnecessarily costly.
There is effectively no available customer service for European users.

I am asking someone from AVG to contact me directly and resolve this issue.
This is my final attempt to settle the matter directly. If I don’t hear back, I will proceed with posting a review on Trustpilot and other platforms.

Please get back to me as soon as possible with the refund.
