I have paid for 
avg Internet secuity and tried downloading it on my computer. It run until about 75% had been installed then it froze and wouldn't move for over 45 minutes. I turned my computer off and started over but when I typed in the download web site, it would give me the same one again and said I had to pay for the installation. How do I get to the website for the download instructions?
