We are sorry to hear that you are unable to open Firefox browser after the recent update of AVG. Please send us the screenshot(http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the error message you get when you try to access the Firefox browser and also check in your computer control panel(Control panel->Progams) if you see two instances of AVG Protection installed in your computer. If you see two instances of AVG protection, please let us know, so that we can check the same and assist you further.

Since the new AVG protector has loaded. I have not been able to load Mozilla Firefox on my computer and if. I try to set it up I get the message "Firefox must be closed to proceed with the installation "
