We're here to help. Could you confirm which version of Firefox browser are you using? Please also disable 'HTTPS scanning' in AVG Web shield settings and verify the issue. Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu > Settings > Components > Web Shield > Customize and uncheck HTTPS Scanning. Click OK to save the settings.
Ever since my last Firefox updates I can no longer access my sites. Even when I do get into one I cannot repeat my entry. When checking the reason behind this it states that my AVG account is at fault and prevents my using Firefox as my internet browser.
Originally IE was my browser and I noticed on "setting" of my AVG that it is listed as an exception. I tried listing Firefox as my 'exception' but I still have the same problems - no access to my sights. Anyone have an idea as to what I must do to correct this problem?

We just got a confirmation that this Firefox issue is fixed with the latest update of AVG.
Please update your AVG program and check if everything works fine.
