Let us know how did you narrow this to AVG. Do you remember the last task you performed on your device before this issue occurred?

AVG deleted my Firefox browser completely after a message that an add on in English was not virus free. I have lost all my Firefox details and cannot reinstall firefox. I get the blocked screen message in red '<window id="main-window"
Anybody know the answer and how i can re.install Firefox. I can only use Chrome now!
