Firewall active while disabled?

Do you mean that AVG Firewall is active even after disabling "AVG Internet Security" temporarily?

after not having my printer work for 2 weeks i just found out that avg had changed my firewall settings despite me having firewall disabled in app. i havent been able to print or even discover the printer anymore and i was on the verge of sending it in for repairs. Is this just a case of i should have known the firewall couldnt really be disabled or just a bug?
