Firewall blocking another PC

Please follow the below steps and check if it works:

Open AVG Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the network profiles from Public to Private.

Please get back to us if the issue persists, so that we will check and proceed further.

Hi.

I am using AVG Internet security ( Build 19.6.4546.439)

I run a Plex media server on another computer that has to access the PC that is running AVG.

The firewall is blocking access to the other computer.

I fixed it by going into packet rules and allowing all access to the other computers ip address.

It seemed to work but now it has started blocking it again.

Any ideas anyone???

Hi Santhosh.

This fall over at settings. There is no Components setting. Only options after settings are: General, Basic, Full protection or Tools.
