After a recent windows 10 update (shutting down and restarting) my laptop is blocked from using the internet. I can see that a useable connection through wi-fi or tethering exists but I cannot access anything on the net, either by searching ot the automatic update functions either.
I can gain complete access by switching off the AVG firewall. Onviously this is not a good situation. Can somebody please help.
Neill, I disabled my firewall and then went back in and enabled firewall. This prompts a restart, after restarting I now have access to internet. Not sure what I did, but it seems to have solved issue for now
