Advanced support worked and the firewall issue was resolved last month. However, an AVG update downloaded yesterday and required a restart. We did the restart and now the same problem exists. Network users cannot access Quickbooks. Please advise.

I have tried creating an exception to Quickbooks and still the firewall blocks network users from accessing the QBooks file on my host computer. It is definitely the AVG firewall, because when I disable it, everyone has access to the files. How do I prevent this and keep a firewall active?
