Firewall blocks Tencent QQ and TIM

I understand your concern. Please open AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize. From here select "Network Profile" and change the profile to private if selected in public. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.

AVG Internet Security 2017 blocks QQ and TIM from Tecent.
Shortly after installation of AVG Internet Security 2017 with the Licence Number from AVG, QQ or TIM, the Tecent Instant Message applications, can't log on any more.
Once I turn off the firewall of AVG, the logon succeeds; while, once I turn it on, the logon fails.
I tried to use the Interactive mode of the firewall, in order to give green light manually and keep the setting remembered by AVG, but this doesn't work either.
My system is Windows 7 Ultimate.
