Please, does anybody know how to exacly set in avg firewall the packet rules to allow streamTV vlc player?

It´s commont advice. But I need the exactly all settings - the numbers of the ports, IP adresses etc. So I´ve contacted my operator´s technical issuses. So You probably can´t know it.
