Hi Steve,
I apologize for the inconvenience. I would suggest you add the given IP address to the Firewall's whitelist using http://avgread.me/1Oia0jb and check whether you are able to access the NAS through 2nd NIC. if the problem still exists, please feel free to reach us for further assistance.
Thank you.
Thx Kirupa - I added the IP range (the 2nd NIC IP and IP of the NAS) to the whitelist and its now allowing access. Many thanks!
Hi, I have installed a 2nd NIC into my PC which has dedicated ethernet link to a NAS unit for backup. No matter what I do I can only get access to the NAS via the 2nd NIC if I completely disable AVG Firrewall. The second NIC has a sepearte IP net 192.168.2.1 so not sure why AVG is blocking it as there is nothing in the rule list to do so and strangely it does not pop up with a prompt to add rules even though its in interavtive mode. Any help would be appreciated. Im using Win 7 Ultimate and AVG 2015.0.6140, Thanks
