Firewall cannot start due to corrupted configuration

Hello Angeline,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. This could be caused due to a conflicting application with AVG on your PC. Please have a look at this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Applications-in-conflict-with-AVG to detect and remove them.
If the issue persist even after you remove the conflicting application, please run the AVG remover tool to remove AVG completely and re install it.
To run remover tool, please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it on your PC. It will ask you to select which product you would like to uninstall. Please select "AVG Protection" and follow the setup instructions to uninstall AVG. Once the tool is run, your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C:\ and remove it.

Hi,

My Firewall cannot start due to corrupted configuration.  I have tried clicking RESET TO DEFAULT.  It just cycles and nothing happens.  I tried clicking Change and an error message comes up saying Requested configuration key was not found.  I am using Windows 10 and have made sure my Windows Defender is off.  I have also restarted.

Any suggestions?
