Firewall cannot start - trouble communicating with driver

We understand your concern, we apologize for the difficulties. Please go to run command by pressing windows and R key, type " services.msc " and press enter. Look for the item named " AVG Firewall service ", select that & start its service, then check for the issue. Please feel free to get back to us for any issues with AVG. Thank you!

Hi,

I'm using AVG Internet Security on Windows 10 Home 64 bit on a Lenovo Laptop (New).  All was good till today.  AVG indicates the Firewall is not working.  When clicking on Firewall in AVG, message shows at bottom of screen:  "Firewall cannot start because of trouble communicating with a driver.  Contact AVG support."

What do I need to do?
