It looks like you have set AVG firewall to operate manually where it asks for your action when there is a new connection request.

I had the same problem and here is my response from AVG
We request you to open AVG Internet Security program window.
Click on Menu - Settings - Full protection - Firewall - Below 'for apps with no defined rules' choose 'Auto decide' from drop down box.
Once it is done, AVG firewall will auto decide the permission and you wouldn't get repeated notification to allow access.

Hi!
I set the firewall on to protect my PC (Windows 10). The AVG always ask me to make a choice about a program what is trying to connect to the internet. It's ok. I allowed the AVG to save my answer, but it asks me again, and again… Many times per day… What can I do? I don't want to make a lots of rules manually, I think this is why this feature's developed!
