Immediately after the update to Internet Security today the app notified me my firewall was turned off. I tried to turn it back on, but it didn't work. I tried repairing the app, but it didn't work. I then tried the recommended troubleshooting instructions (reset to default) and restarted. Now I get a message saying " UI failed to load. This is embarrassing. Your protection is running, but the UI is having a really bad day.". Well, that's not helpful. Did it turn the firewall back on? Do I just assume this message is correct and it's all good? That doesn't seem wise. What's wrong with this update? One of the "new" features is specifically a more enhanced firewall…yet it turned mine off and won't let me turn it on…and now won't open.
