This Info Came From My Invoice.  Did I not get the version with firewall protection?

No, unfortunately Anti-virus does not include Firewall component.

I had firewallactive on the free version.  When I registered the firewall came up with an "Activate now" flag.  When I click on it I get a screen saying that the internet connection or firewall is preventing connection to the requested page.

I have allowed access thru the MS firewall,  De-activated the MS firewall,  deleted and re-installed the AVG software.  Ran 3rd party uninstalls for all previously used anti-virus software.  (Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender)

I have tried the instructions in "Firewall is inactive, not working…"  Doesn't work on my Vista computer.

I just noticed the + More AVG doesn't work either.

All other software seens to work fine and the AVG software has ran updates successfully.

Ronald, I assume that you are referring to the free 30 day trial for AVG Internet Security since the firewall doesn't feature on the AVG Free AV version?. Have a look @ this link (http://free.avg.com/free-antivirus-download) (Scroll down).
